Customer Care and Resupply

All Yacht Lifeline Medical Kits are backed by our free Customer Care Plan and implemented by our experienced staff whose focus is to keep you compliant and in a state of readiness.

Every 6 months the boat will be contacted by our Customer Care Departments to:

  • Review your expiring medications and usage on our central system

  • Supply you with a 6 monthly medications re-supply report and quotation

  • Organise shipment of your re-supply items

  • Provide you with printed instructions on how to replace medications in your medical kit

  • Supply you with instructions on how to download your automated new inventory updates

  • Provide and organise free software updates for the onboard inventory software programme

Every 12 months the boat will also be contacted by our Customer Care Departments to:

  • Renew your 24/7 Medical Advisory Service and check its status

  • Supply new validated Medical Emergency Contact Cards for crew and guests

  • Renew your Global Replenishment Contract if required
