This program gives you the confidence to manage a medical event where limited equipment is available and help is up to 24 hours away.

The Elementary First Aid course is designed to not only meet the requirements of the STCW 95 – A-VI/1-3 standard, but also to meet the Maritime New Zealand Basic and Workplace first aid standards.

Qualification

STCW 95 Elementary First Aid NZQA units 6400, 6401, 6402,* Maritime New Zealand commercial first aid.

* A service fee may apply

Expiry Date

For the Workplace qualification: 2 years from date of completion.
