This has proven to be our most popular course and has been designed to teach you the skills, and give you the confidence to manage an emergency or medical event where limited equipment is available and help is up to 24 hours away. This course is a prerequisite to attending the Offshore Marine Medic course.

Holders of a current Coastal Medic certification can attend the Offshore Medic course. The Offshore Medic course must be completed within four months of completing the Coastal Medic course.
On successful completion the Coastal Medic course a student can undertake a further 8 hour correspondence course to gain the STCW95 First Aid at Sea qualification also offered by Yacht Lifeline.
