Our advanced medical training courses are tailored for Captains and crew; these informative courses are based on real military experience and applied to at sea situations and are considered to be some of the best in the world.

Brent Palmer, our Training Director, is recognised as being one of the foremost trainers within the marine industry. He is well known for his advanced training practices and the thoroughness of his highly practical training sessions.

There are three levels of medical training and there is an option to upgrade to a STCW95 level. Every participant receives a comprehensive marine medic course manual. All Yacht Lifeline marine medic courses are run in conjunction with NZ Coastguard and certified by them.
